FAR Council Proposes Amendments to Federal Acquisition Regulation for Printing and Duplicating Through GPO

The FAR Council is proposing changes to the Federal Acquisition Regulation to implement a policy allowing government agencies to select printing services from multiple sources, promoting competition and saving taxpayer money, while also improving access to government publications for depository libraries.
