WTO Establishes Dispute Settlement Panel Over US Claims on Mexico's Telecommunications Trade Barriers

The World Trade Organization's Dispute Settlement Body has set up a panel to investigate US complaints about Mexico's telecommunications policies, following a US request in February 2002, with the US Trade Representative's office seeking public comments on the matter
