WTO Dispute Settlement Proceeding Regarding United States-Safeguard Measures on Certain Steel Products

The Office of the United States Trade Representative is seeking public comment on a dispute settlement panel established to examine safeguard measures imposed on certain steel products, which the European Communities and other countries claim are inconsistent with US trade obligations under the General Agreement on Tariffs and Trade 1994 and the World Trade Organization Agreement on Safeguards.
