Notice of Redelegation of Authority and Further Assignment of Functions

The U.S. Trade Representative (USTR) has redelegated certain authorities and further assigned functions to officers of other departments or agencies within the Executive Branch, as per the Trade Act and Executive Order 13277. This notice informs the public of the redelegation and further assignment of functions.
