US Trade Representative Modifies Procedures for Steel Product Exclusion Requests

The US Trade Representative is updating procedures for considering exclusion requests for certain steel products from safeguard measures established by Presidential Proclamation 7529 of 2002, which was published in response to a notice from the Trade Policy Staff Committee in 2001.
