U.S. International Trade Commission Launches Investigation into Certain Canary Yellow Self-Stick Repositionable Note Products

The U.S. International Trade Commission has initiated an investigation into Minnesota Mining and Manufacturing Company's complaint alleging trademark infringement and unfair competition in the importation and sale of canary yellow self-stick repositionable note products.
