Probable Economic Effect of the Reduction or Elimination of Foreign Tariffs

The US International Trade Commission (USITC) is investigating the probable economic effect of reducing or eliminating foreign tariffs on US industry sectors and exports, following a request from the US Trade Representative (USTR) in February 2002.
