U.S. International Trade Commission Spares Certain Semiconductor Companies from Investigation Review

The U.S. International Trade Commission has decided not to review a settlement agreement that ended an investigation into certain semiconductor timing signal generator devices, components, and products, following an initial determination made by an administrative law judge.
