US International Trade Commission Investigates Certain Display Controllers and Products Containing Same for Patent Infringement

The US International Trade Commission has received a complaint alleging that certain display controllers with upscaling functionality and products containing the same infringe on a patent held by Genesis Microchip. The complainant is seeking a permanent exclusion order and cease and desist order from the Commission.
