U.S. International Trade Commission Investigates Compact Disc and DVD Holder Infringement

The U.S. International Trade Commission has launched an investigation into a complaint filed by DuBois Limited of the United Kingdom, alleging that certain compact disc and DVD holders infringe on a U.S. Design Patent, and seeking permanent exclusion orders and a cease and desist order.
