U.S. International Trade Commission Denies Review of Ultimate Game Club Default Finding

The U.S. International Trade Commission has decided not to review a ruling that Ultimate Game Club is in default, and is seeking input on potential remedies, public interest, and bonding requirements before the President reviews the case.
