U.S. International Trade Commission Rejects Review of Initial Determination in EMC Corporation Investigation

The U.S. International Trade Commission has decided not to review an initial determination that terminated an investigation into EMC Corporation's claims and amended the complaint and notice of investigation to include additional claims. The decision was made by the presiding administrative law judge.
