U.S. Customs Service to Determine Base Quantity of Fuel Ethyl Alcohol Imports

The U.S. Customs Service will establish a base quantity of fuel ethyl alcohol imports from CBI-beneficiary countries, which can be imported with a zero percent local feedstock requirement, based on the domestic market determination made by the Commission.
