U.S. International Trade Commission Launches Investigation into Tool Handle and Tool Holder Imports

The U.S. International Trade Commission has received a complaint alleging that Allen-Pal, LLC is being infringed upon by the importation and sale of certain tool handles, tool holders, and components within the United States, and is seeking a permanent exclusion order and cease and desist orders.
