USPTO Proposes $50 Paper-Processing Fee for Paper Trademark Applications
The United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) is proposing to charge a $50 paper-processing fee for submitting paper applications, instead of the standard electronic fee, for trademark registration and other documents.
