USPTO Seeks Comments on Patent Law Harmonization

The United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) is soliciting input from small businesses, patent experts, and other stakeholders on further aligning patent laws, with the goal of scheduling three roundtable discussions to gather feedback on the matter.
