FTC Requests OMB Extension for Paperwork Reduction Act Clearance for Antitrust Improvements Act Rules

The Federal Trade Commission (FTC) is seeking a three-year extension from the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) for the current Paperwork Reduction Act (PRA) clearance for information collection requirements under the Antitrust Improvements Act Rules, which expires on January 31, 2023.
