MET Laboratories, Inc. has submitted applications to the Agency for renewal of its recognition as a Nationally Recognized Testing Laboratory under 29 CFR 1910.7 and expansion of its recognition to include additional test standards, with the Agency issuing a preliminary finding that does not constitute interim approval.
