EPA Orders Delegating Authority to General Counsel, Effective Immediately

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has delegated authority to its General Counsel, Wilma B. Liebman, to make decisions on matters related to the agency's enforcement and compliance activities, as authorized by the Administrator, effective immediately.
