U.S. Department of Commerce Preliminarily Affirms Countervailing Duty on Silicon Metal from Thailand

The U.S. Department of Commerce has determined that producers and exporters of silicon metal from Thailand are receiving subsidies, and is seeking public comment on this preliminary finding, which covers the period from January 1, 2024, to December 31, 2024.
