FDA Announces Changes to Medical Device Inspections Following Pilot Program Expansion

The Food and Drug Administration (FDA) is updating its inspection practices for medical devices, drugs, foods, and biologics, based on the results of its expanded pilot program, which will discontinue post-inspection notification letters and maintain pre-announced inspections for some areas.
