FDA Approves Ivermectin Liquid for Horses to Treat Parasites

The US Food and Drug Administration (FDA) has amended its regulations to allow the oral use of ivermectin solution in horses, as approved by Med-Pharmex, Inc. in an abbreviated new animal drug application (ANADA), to treat internal and cutaneous parasites in various horse species.
