FDA Permits Natamycin for Direct Addition to Cheese for Human Consumption

The FDA is amending its food additive regulations to allow the safe use of natamycin on cheese, following a petition from Cultor Food Science, Inc., DSM Food Specialities, and Protein Technologies International.
