FDA Announces Approval of Information Collection for Petition Reconsideration

The Food and Drug Administration (FDA) has received approval from the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) for a collection of information related to a petition for reconsideration of a regulatory action, as required by the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995.
