FDA Releases Draft Guidance for Biomaterials Access Assurance Act of 1998

The FDA is releasing a draft guidance outlining the procedures for petitioning for a declaration that a biomaterials supplier should have registered as a medical device establishment or listed its products with FDA, in accordance with the Biomaterials Access Assurance Act of 1998.
