FDA Submits Collection of Information for OMB Review and Clearance

The Food and Drug Administration (FDA) is announcing that it has submitted a proposed collection of information to the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) for review and clearance under the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995 (PRA). The FDA is seeking public comment on the Abbreviated New Drug Application Regulations and Patent and Exclusivity Provisions.
