FDA Withdraws Direct Final Rule on Public Disclosure of Advisory Committee Information

The Food and Drug Administration (FDA) has withdrawn a direct final rule due to significant adverse comments received during the public comment period, which closed on March 26, 2001, following the publication of a proposed rule in the Federal Register on January 8, 2001.
