FDA Announces Submission of Information Collection for OMB Review

The Food and Drug Administration (FDA) is announcing that it has submitted a proposed collection of information to the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) for review and clearance under the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995, as part of its regulatory requirements for Premarket Notification 510(k) Submissions.
