FDA Releases Revised Guidance for Safe Processing and Importing of Fish and Fishery Products

The Food and Drug Administration (FDA) has published the third edition of its Fish and Fishery Products Hazards and Controls Guidance, which provides industry with updated information on seafood hazards and control methods, and is intended to support the development of Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point (HACCP) plans for seafood processors.
