FDA Amends Animal Drug Regulations Following Sponsor Change

The Food and Drug Administration (FDA) is updating its animal drug regulations to reflect a change in sponsor for 43 approved new animal drug applications (NADAs) and 16 approved abbreviated new animal drug applications (ANADAs) from Hoechst Roussel Vet to Intervet, Inc., with the aim of enhancing the accuracy of its regulations.
