FDA Submits Information Collection for OMB Review

The Food and Drug Administration (FDA) has submitted a proposal for information collection to the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) for review and clearance under the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995, following a request for public comment on reports of corrections and removals.
