FDA Announces Availability of Compliance Policy Guides for Patulin in Apple Juice Products

The Food and Drug Administration (FDA) has made available two compliance policy guides related to patulin, a toxic substance found in some apple juice products, to inform its offices and the industry about enforcement guidance and to provide supporting information.
