FDA to Hold Public Meeting on Prescription Drug User Fee Act (PDUFA) Expiration

The Food and Drug Administration (FDA) is hosting a public meeting to gather stakeholder feedback on the Prescription Drug User Fee Act (PDUFA) as its legislative authority is set to expire at the end of September 2002. The meeting will take place on December 7, 2001, at the Hyatt Regency Bethesda, and stakeholders are invited to submit written or electronic comments by January 25, 2002.
