U.S. Department of State Requests Reinstatement of Information Collection Form DS-1504 for Customs Clearance of Merchandise

The Department of State has submitted a 30-day notice to the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) to reinstate an expired information collection form, DS-1504, which is used for customs clearance of merchandise by eligible foreign diplomatic and consular missions, certain foreign government organizations, and the White House.
