Bureau of Educational and Cultural Affairs Seeks Grant Proposals for Burma Refugee Scholarship Program

The U.S. government is inviting eligible non-profit organizations to submit proposals for a scholarship program supporting Burmese refugees in India, providing them with educational opportunities in the U.S. for up to three years.
