US Immigration and Nationality Act Amendments: Revised Visa Fees and Regulations

The US government has published an interim rule updating visa fees and regulations in response to changes made to the Schedule of Consular Services Fees, which waived nonimmigrant visa fees for US Government foreign national employees traveling on official business, and eliminated a subsection related to Hong Kong residents, whose law expired in 2002.
