U.S. Department of State Requests Extension of Information Collection for Nonimmigrant Visa Application Form DS-157

The Department of State is seeking approval from the Office of Management and Budget to extend its use of the Supplemental Nonimmigrant Visa Application form DS-157, which is submitted by approximately 9.6 million nonimmigrant visa applicants each year, for an additional 30 days, with an estimated burden of 9.6 million hours.
