U.S. Department of State Seeks OMB Approval for Reinstatement of Diplomatic Exemption Forms

The Department of State is requesting Office of Management and Budget approval to reinstate two forms, DS-98 and DS-99, which allow for diplomatic exemptions from taxes on utilities and gasoline, respectively. The forms, which were previously approved, will be resubmitted to OMB after a 60-day public comment period.
