Reef International, L.L.C. Pipeline Construction: Environmental Assessment

The US Department of State has completed an environmental assessment of Reef International, L.L.C.'s proposed pipeline and facilities, which will transport liquefied petroleum gas across the Texas-Mexico border, concluding that the project will not have a significant impact on the environment.
