US Government Grants Cultural Significance to Pollaiuolo's Renaissance Masterpiece for Upcoming Exhibition

The US government has officially determined that a Renaissance masterpiece, 'Battle of the Nudes: Pollaiuolo's Renaissance Masterpiece,' imported from abroad for a temporary exhibition in the US, is of cultural significance. The exhibition, scheduled to take place at The Cleveland Museum of Art from August 25 to October 27, 2002, has been deemed in the national interest.
