U.S. Department of Commerce Preliminarily Finds Taiwan Companies Sold PET Film Below Normal Value

The U.S. Department of Commerce has preliminarily determined that Nan Ya Plastics Corporation sold polyethylene terephthalate film from Taiwan at a price below its normal value during the review period, and has also found that Shinkong Materials Technology Corporation and Shinkong Synthetic Fiber Corporation, considered a single entity, did not have any reviewable entries during the period.
