State Department's Bureau of Educational and Cultural Affairs to Host Grants/Grantsmanship Workshop

The State Department's Bureau of Educational and Cultural Affairs is hosting a grants/grantsmanship workshop to promote international exchange grant program opportunities, particularly for nongovernmental organizations that have not previously participated in Bureau programs, on September 26, 2002, from 1:30 pm to 4:30 pm at the Holiday Inn in Washington, DC.
