US Imposes Missile Proliferation Sanctions on North Korean Entity

The US government has determined that a North Korean entity has engaged in activities warranting sanctions under the Arms Export Control Act and the Export Administration Act, as mandated by Executive Order 13222, which was issued on August 17, 2001.
