USPTO Proposes Changes to Patent Trial and Appeal Board Rules for Inter Partes Review

The United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) is proposing modifications to the rules of practice for inter partes review (IPR) before the Patent Trial and Appeal Board (PTAB), which will be implemented by the Under Secretary of Commerce for Intellectual Property and Director of USPTO, and the PTAB, effective on a date to be determined.
