USPTO Withdraws NPRM on PTAB Rules for IPR and PGR Proceedings

The United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) has withdrawn its proposed rulemaking notice, published on April 19, 2024, regarding the rules of practice for inter partes review and post-grant review proceedings before the Patent Trial and Appeal Board (PTAB), which governs the PTAB's discretion in instituting these reviews.
