EPA Proposes Settlement with Beazer East Incorporated for Koppers (Florence Plant) Superfund Site

The US Environmental Protection Agency is proposing a settlement with Beazer East Incorporated to cover response costs for the Koppers (Florence Plant) Superfund Site in Florence, South Carolina, following the Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation, and Liability Act (CERCLA). The public has 30 days to submit comments on the proposed settlement.
