U.S. Government Updates Rules for Depositaries and Financial Agents

The Financial Management Service is issuing a final rule to update the designation and authorization of depositaries and financial agents for the Federal Government, removing references to collateral acceptability and valuation and replacing them with new guidelines from the Bureau of the Public Debt.
