FHWA Seeks Funding and Research Proposals for Transportation Equity Act for the 21st Century Program

The Federal Highway Administration (FHWA) is soliciting proposals for the Transportation and Community and System Preservation Pilot Program, a grant program established by the Transportation Equity Act for the 21st Century (TEA-21), to support transportation planning and research initiatives in FY 2002.
