EPA Proposes Revisions to California State Implementation Plan for Graphic Arts Printing and Coating Operations

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is proposing to approve revisions to the South Coast Air Quality Management District (SCAQMD) and Bay Area Air Quality Management District (BAAQMD) portions of the California State Implementation Plan (SIP) to regulate volatile organic compound (VOC) emissions from graphic arts printing and coating operations, in accordance with the Clean Air Act (CAA) as amended in 1990.
