EPA Approves and Disapproves Revision to California State Implementation Plan for VOC Emissions from Adhesives

The US Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is finalizing a limited approval and limited disapproval of a revision to the San Joaquin Valley Unified Air Pollution Control District's portion of the California State Implementation Plan (SIP), which aims to regulate volatile organic compound (VOC) emissions from adhesives, as proposed in the Federal Register on April 17, 2000.
